Terms of use
About these terms
Updated 16 October 2026. Brainaris is an English-language digital journal covering design, software development, applied AI and growth. These terms concern use of the website and its editorial material.
The website does not currently offer paid subscriptions, take payments or accept public comments.
Responsible use
Use the website lawfully and respect the rights of other people. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website’s operation, bypass security controls or introduce malicious code.
Access that threatens the site’s security or availability may be restricted. Website features and availability can change, and uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed.
Using Brainaris material
Articles, illustrations and other material may be protected by copyright or other rights belonging to Brainaris, its authors or the relevant rights holders. A credit or link does not by itself grant permission to reproduce protected material.
When referring to an article, link to its original page and identify its author. Except where permitted by law or an applicable license, contact Brainaris before republishing an article or reusing its text, illustrations or other material.
Third-party material may require permission from its rights holder. Nothing in these terms limits quotation, fair use, fair dealing or another exception where applicable law permits the use.
Copyright concerns
If material on Brainaris appears to infringe your rights, contact the publication with the page URL, identification of the original work, an explanation of the rights involved and contact details for a response.
Identify whether you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them, and include supporting information that will help the concern be assessed.
Editorial information
Articles are intended to help readers understand choices and processes. They provide general editorial information and do not replace advice specific to your circumstances.
Check the sources, dates and context before relying on an article or applying an example to your work. Products, prices and services can change after publication. A recommendation or reported result does not guarantee an outcome.
Questions and correction requests can be sent through the Contact page. The editorial policy explains the standards for evidence, attribution, relevant relationships, corrections and updates.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
External links
Links may take readers to other sites with their own content, services, terms and privacy practices. Brainaris does not control those sites. An external link alone does not represent an endorsement or a commercial partnership.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised to reflect changes in the website or its operation. The date above identifies the latest revision. Revised terms do not remove rights that applicable law protects.
